Ingridients;

  1. A pack of chopped mushrooms.
  2. ½ kg of beef stake.
  3. 2 medium tomatoes.
  4. 1 large red onion.
  5. Cooking oil.
  6. Corianders.
  7. 1 tsp of ginger paste.
  8. ½ tsp of Spanish paprika.
  9. ½ tsp of black paper.
  10. ½ tsp of garam masala.
  11. ½ tsp of oyster sauce.
  12. Salt.

Procedure to follow:

Boil your beef to cook if from raw.

On another pan, pour your oil, add the chopped onions, and ginger paste. Let them cook for 4-3 minutes in medium heat.

Add paprika, black pepper, and garam masala. Let it cook for 2 minutes then add your boiled beef and mushrooms. Lower your heat, and let it cook for 5-7 minutes.

Add your tomatoes, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and ¼ cup of water. Stir the mixture and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes.

Add your salt to taste let it cook for 5 min. Garnish with some coriander.

Serve with any starch of your choice when still hot.
